Each items is carefully selected and sourced to last a long time. The quality is tested before when added to our box. Materials may vary depending on the manufacturer or supplier.

Monthly

Subscribers receive free shipping on their first order only, after that shipping is a standard $3.99

We relaunched January 2024 so boxes will ship first week February and every month after that. If you subscribe between the 5th of the current month and the 5th of the next month, your order will ship out the first week of the next month. Then payment will be taken out on the 5th of every month after that.

For example, if you subscribe January 31st, you will receive a February box the first week of February. If you subscribe February 2nd you will get the February box in February. But if you subscribe February 9th, you will get your box the first week of March. 

You have until the 5th of the every month to get a box for that month. Otherwise, after the 5th you will get next months box. 

Quarterly

We relaunched January 2024 so boxes will ship first week every month and every quarter after that. Your order will ship out within 3 days of the month you subscribe in and then payment will be taken out on the 5th of every month. Your boxes will ship every 3 months with this option.

Returns

No return on subscription box items. If there is something you didn't that you received, this is the perfect time to spread the love and pass on to someone else you think might like it.

Each item will vary in size and length but intended for all hair types

Our recommendation is to hand wash your new items to preserve the quality. If you notice your silk scarf is wrinkled, steaming your items will get them back to top quality.

Store each hair accessory in the bag it came on or in a hair accessory organizer to preserve quality.
