Frequently asked questions

When will I be charged?

After the initial payment that is taken out the day you sign up, you'll then be charged on the same day you subscribed every month for your next box! If you subscribe on the 10th of March, your box will arrive to you the first week of April and your renewal will happen on the 10th of April and on the 10th of every month after that.

When does the box ship?

Monthly

We relaunched January 2024 so boxes will ship first week February and within the first week every month after that. You have until the end of the current month to get a box for the next month. For example, you have until the end of March to get an April box. Until the end of April to get a May box, etc..

Quarterly

Boxes will ship first week every month and every quarter after that. Your order will ship out within 3 days of the month you subscribe in and then payment will be taken out on the 5th of every month. Your boxes will ship every 3 months with this option.

How can I cancel?

We make it super easy for you to navigate your subscription. You'll get access to your own portal to manage your subscription where you can pause or skip a box or sadly cancel.

I don't see the option to Subscribe

Head over to the subscription box tab where you'll see two box options, either monthly or quarterly. If we run out of boxes you'll be asked to join our waitlist so that you're notified when the next box is available for purchase. You can also keep revisiting the subscription box tab for updates.
